Fun & Fabulous – The Struts Rock n’ Roll Through Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – It was Saturday night and ticket holders entering The Masquerade were feeling more than alright. Based in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the unique venue in the Underground buzzed and shook that evening as the Young & Dangerous boys themselves were in town with the Strange Days Are Over tour and more than ready to deliver their magic.

Formed in Derby, England in 2012, Luke Spiller (lead singer), Adam Slack (guitar), Jed Elliott (bass) and Gethin Davies (drums) have built a massive following and are electrifying crowds across the US and around the world. Not wasting anytime, the band has been tearing up the road, touching down to packed stadiums and arenas, and finding themselves playing along side some rock and roll hard hitters.

Just like the title of one of their tunes advise, “Put Your Money On Me“, indeed these fun and fabulous lads are proving their sticking power. There is something both unique and familiar with their sound and presence, a wonderful fusion of depth, shine, talent, and flare. When comparing the band, and particularly the fantastic frontman Spiller, to a host of legends, The Struts handle public curiosity by paying homage through covers with ease. Resemblance aside, they also bring their own artistic beauty to what they do, standing solidly in the fact they are an amazing live band, and for this “One Night Only” the crowd at the Masquerade would soak it all. No one in the audience was low key about their love for The Struts!
