Indianapolis, IN. – English singer-songwriter Dave Mason, along with band members Johnne Sambataro (guitar, vocals), Tony Patler (keyboards, vocals) and Alvino Bennett (drums), stopped by the Egyptian Room inside Old National Centre on March 5th to bring his Feelin’ Alright Tour to Indy. Best known for being a founding member of the 60’s-70’s rock group, Traffic, Dave did not disappoint the intimate crowd by jumping right into some of Traffic’s most popular tunes: “Pearly Queen“, “Rock & Roll Stew” and “Dear Mr. Fantasy“.
The night continued through Dave’s playlist of hits, whether they were tunes he made popular like 70’s radio ballad, “We Just Disagree” or tunes he played session work on like Jimi Hendrix’s version of “All Along the Watchtower” it was definitely a great night down memory lane with some of rocks most recognizable hits.
Dave Mason and his band are on tour through mid-April. Check here for dates and be sure to grab tickets for a fun night of Rock and Roll.
