Donavon Frankenreiter and G.Love set the tone early with their signature blend of surf rock and hip-hop blues, bringing laid-back charm and groovy guitar licks to the stage before bringing out “Special Sauce” to join them and turning the dial up a notch. The storms may have cooled things down but it took no time for Donavon with G.Love and Special Sauce to heat the night back up! They encouraged audience participation with sing-alongs and maintained a warm rapport that made the amphitheater feel like a campfire gathering. Their rhythmic jams blues-infused swagger brought a playful, danceable vibe that energized the crowd.
