The first song set the tone for the rest of the evening in a way that has to be one of the best party starters in the pop music world. In full throttle style, P!NK took her “Get the Party Started” song to a whole new level – by entering the arena swinging from a giant-scale chandelier. Dancers, musicians and stage props took over the stage while P!NK climbed, spun, and hovered upside down before ultimately rappelling down to the stage floor below.

The Spectrum Center exploded with cheers as P!NK and her entire crew went on to accomplish the incredibly impressive feat of incorporating dance, live music, physically-challenging stunt work, magical lighting, fun-sized props, dynamic media, audience engagement, and glamorous wardrobe changes into a cohesive, eye-popping experience. The village it takes to put on such a production was clearly celebrated, as P!NK gave a shout out to each of her musicians and dancers during the course of the show and included a roll of credits to all that contributed in the finale.

The set list covered fan favorites such as “Just Like a Pill”, “Try”, “F**kin’ Perfect”, and “Raise Your Glass”, the crowd sang along, traded smiles and waves, and joined in on the dancing. The night culminated to a literal over the top level, as P!NK transformed herself into a human sling shot and bounded above the audience, zigzagging all over the arena while singing the popular song, “So What”. If you have followed P!NK’s career, her boldness and bravery is steadfast and may not be a surprise, although her willingness to entertain her audience by taking such high-grade preparations and commitment is exceptional.

Ever the hard-working woman, P!NK demonstrated her vocal prowess and physical strength throughout the show while also infusing the atmosphere with heart. She took the occasional moments to slow down the pace and fill the air with messages of empowerment and love. While maintaining her directness, she targeted social awareness issues and shared her own personal experience of rising above the static.

As the evening came to a close and the last of the glitter filled the air, the evening clearly exceeded expectations among the crowd and roared of the success that P!NK has established in her career.
