Ft. Lauderdale, Fl – On a balmy October evening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Revolution Live is teeming with excitement. The venue, nestled in the heart of downtown, is a cornerstone of South Florida’s music scene—a gritty yet polished space with a capacity of 1,300, known for hosting both rising stars and legendary acts. Tonight, October 10th, 2025, it’s Andy Bell of Erasure who takes the stage, bringing his Ten Crowns Tour to a crowd as eclectic as his setlist.

Revolution Live is a multi-level, standing-room-only venue with a VIP mezzanine and venue wrapping balconies. Its industrial charm, complete with exposed brick and steel beams, sets the tone for an intimate yet electric experience. The crowd is a vibrant mosaic of ages and backgrounds—Gen Z club kids in glitter and mesh, Gen Xers in vintage Erasure tees, and LGBTQ+ fans proudly waving and dancing. The energy is celebratory, reverent, and joyously fabulous.

Andy is supported by Savannah Pope on this night and also Saturday night during his two show stop in South Florida. Los Angeles-based Savannah Pope opens the night with theatrical flair. Known for her art rock meets glam pop style, Pope commands the stage with a voice that’s equal parts operatic and punk. On this evening, Pope is accompanied by Adam Giminez pulling double duty on both guitar and keys. Her unmistakable aesthetic—hair, bold eyewear, and a vividly expressive stage presence—captivates early arrivals as she performs selections from her independently crowdfunded releases. It was a performance that blends substance and spectacle in equal measure, setting the perfect tone for the night ahead.

When Andy Bell steps onto the stage, the room erupts. At 61, Bell remains a magnetic performer—his voice soaring, his presence commanding. Andy is backed by a Nashville-based band featuring:

  • Sarah Tomek – Drums (formerly of Aerosmith’s touring lineup)
  • Jerry Fuentes – Guitar (toured with Sting)
  • Chelsea King – Backing vocals
  • Dave Audé – Producer and keys

Bell’s set is a masterful blend of solo material from Ten Crowns and beloved Erasure classics. The crowd sings every word of “Chains of Love,” “Always,” and “A Little Respect” with fervor. The Erasure songs, adapted by Audé for this tour, retain their synth-pop sparkle while gaining a gospel-tinged richness.

The audience is visibly moved, especially during the Erasure hits. Couples embrace during “Always,” and “A Little Respect” becomes a cathartic singalong. Bell’s connection with his fans is palpable—he dances, smiles, and shares anecdotes between songs, creating a sense of community that transcends generations.

Andy Bell’s Ten Crowns Tour is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of resilience, identity, and the enduring power of pop music. With Savannah Pope’s avant-garde opening and Bell’s genre-defying performance, the night at Revolution Live becomes a glittering testament to the transformative magic of live music.
