Indianapolis, IN. – It was a high-energy night of music when British rockers The Struts brought their Remember The Name Tour to the Egyptian Room at Old National Centre with opener Mac Saturn to get the party started…

And boy did they! Hailing from Detroit, MI., these Motor City bad boys featuring Carson Macc (lead vocals, tambourine & telephone), Mike Moody (guitar), Nick Barone (guitar), Jive Moses (bass), Evan Mercer (keys) and Angelo Cooper (drums) got the crowds attention when they hit the stage. The band gave a solid eight song set featuring tunes off their 2022 EP Until The Money Runs Out including fan favorite “Mr. Cadilliac” and their newest single “Plain Clothes Gentleman”. The band laid down some funky sounds that drew fans into the room and got them moving; setting the tone for the evening. If you’re not familiar with this band, make sure to get them on you radar. They are definitely worth getting to the show early for. I predict it won’t be long before this band is headlining their own tour.

After a quick set change and hazing of the stage, it was time for The Struts featuring lead singer Luke Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott and drummer Gethin Davies whom wasted no time getting down to business. With an almost two-hour set, The Struts powered their way through their catalogue, touching on all three studio albums and numerous singles with such fan favorites as “Dirty Sexy Money”, “Kiss This”, Loude’s “Royal”, “Put Your Money On Me” and “Fallin’ With Me” just to name a few. Luke captivated the crowd with his expressive moves and endless energy, even showing off his piano skills during the encore with a stunning version of “Fire (Part 1)” which really showcased his strong vocals.

Singing and dancing right along with all the hits, the fans could not get enough! It was a high energy evening that left everyone a little sweaty and a lot happier. You could feel the good vides throughout the room. There is no other way to put it – The Struts promised a party and they delivered!
