Asheville, NC — On the February 14th afternoon of her Asheville show, K.Flay took to social media and posed the question, “will u be my valentine? check yes or no”. The crowd gathered at The Orange Peel on that Valentine’s evening responded with an overwhelming “YES”!
Demonstrating a vulnerable but unapologetic style, K. Flay delivered an evening of raw emotion and energy that stole the hearts of those packed into the venue. She moved freely around the stage, at times seeming to lose herself in the moment, and engaged the audience both deeply and affectionately, creating opportunities for powerful rallying calls. Tonight’s valentine gift was one of emotional release and reminder of fresh beginnings.
The Grammy nominated singer-songwriter Kristine Flaherty, known as K.Flay, is traveling across North America on The Inside Voices Outside Voices Tour, titled after her latest two EPs, Inside Voices released June 11, 2021 and Outside Voices released November 19, 2021. The two EPs have now been brought together to create the deluxe edition ‘Inside Voices / Outside Voices’ collection, also featuring two new tracks. Joining K.Flay in Asheville was Australian singer-songwriter and drummer G Flip, as well as Nashville-based corook.
