Grand Rapids, MIDirty Honey gave Millennials and Gen Z fans a night of the new best in Rock and Roll on February 7, 2020 at The Stache in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dirty Honey featuring Marc Labelle (vocals), John Notto (guitar), Justin Smolian (bass), and Corey Coverstone (drums) are topping the charts and touring the United States, Japan, and Australia this year. Dirty Honey is the first unsigned band to land a No.1 rock song on Billboard with “When I’m Gone.” This sold out crowd filled The Stache which was the perfect venue for great crowd-band interaction. This was that incredible opportunity fans dream about to be in such close quarters with a now super successful band.

The fans were right at the stage edge, close enough to lay their hands on John’s guitar, pull Justin’s hair, and fist bump Marc as he sang. In these moments of what could be seen as overwhelming contact, Dirty Honey pushed it to the edge with their fans. This was a night of timeless Rock n’ Roll. John trusted the Grand Rapids crowd and took his first horizontal surf ride through the crowd and Marc surprised fans as he ran through the crowd and jumped up onto the bar to sing “Down The Road. Fans will carry these prized memories forever.

“Dirty Honey knows how to put on a damn good show. I’ve been to concerts of artists both old and new. Dirty Honey brought one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Excellent stage presence, great music and an all around good vibe. There’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that they are the future of rock music!” ~Kimberly, age 20

” This was the best night of my life! I got to shake Marc Labelle’s hand! They played all my  favorite songs. Heatbreaker, Scars, and When I’m Gone. My dad got me the signed album to listen to at home! ~Camilo, 8 years old.

The Amazons opened the night in the spirit of rock and roll. This talented rock band from the UK is making their grand entrance on the American stage through this 2020 tour. The four-piece band featuring Matt Thomson (guitar, vocals), Chris Alderton (guitar), Elliot Briggs (bass), and Joe Emmett (drums) knows their rock and should be taken seriously. This is a great band choice to open for Dirty Honey because The Amazons are here to get people excited about rock music again. These two bands are a powerful force that we will be proud to say “We knew them when..”
