Indianapolis, IN.The Carnal Nature World Tour stop at the Egyptian Room inside the Old National Centre in Indianapolis, Indiana proved to be nothing short of electric from the outset. Long before the first band took the stage, the venue was already humming with anticipation as fans packed tightly into the historic room, eager for a night of heavy, high-energy performances. Conversations buzzed, merch lines filled quickly, and the atmosphere felt charged with expectation. From the moment the doors opened, it was clear this SOLD-OUT show carried an extra level of intensity, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of music that would fully live up to the hype.

Opening the night with swagger and fresh energy was Doobie, the genre-blending artist whose commanding live presence turned heads early in the evening. Fronted by Doobie on vocals, the band featured Tony Earnheart and Jon Suhh on guitar, DJ Hylyte adding electronic layers and textures, and Matt Hannas on drums, locking in a powerful rhythmic foundation. Known for fusing rock sensibilities with hip-hop cadence and attitude, Doobie’s set hit hard with standout tracks like “Until I Get to Heaven,” “Krazy MF,” and a crowd-pleasing cover of Danzig’sMother.” The performance struck a compelling balance between rhythmic flow and gritty guitar work, often punctuated by moments that felt visceral and unpredictable, underscoring Doobie’s willingness to push genre boundaries. Fans responded enthusiastically to the band’s versatility, feeding off the raw energy that set a high bar for the rest of the night.

Archers followed with a metalcore-fueled blowout that made it immediately clear why the band has been steadily building momentum on the road. The Wisconsin-based outfit — co-founded by vocalist Nathanael Pulley and guitarist Ben Koehler — delivered a focused, punchy performance packed with crushing riffs and emotional intensity. Rounded out by Drew Whansen on bass and Grayson Mesarosh on drums, the band’s energy was aggressive yet tightly controlled, seamlessly blending melodic hooks with throat-grabbing breakdowns that had the crowd bouncing and shouting along.

The performance carried added weight for Grayson Mesarosh, who shared that he grew up in Indianapolis and had always dreamed of playing on the Egyptian Room stage. That hometown connection only amplified the emotion and drive behind the set, giving the performance an extra layer of authenticity. By the time their set wrapped, Archers had fully captured the room’s attention, proving themselves a rising force in the modern rock and metalcore scene — capable of commanding a packed venue even from an early slot on a stacked bill. The band was signed to Fearless Records in January 2026 & celebrated with a new single “Dirt”. Make sure to give it a listen.

As the room warmed to a near boil, Catch Your Breath seized the moment with one of the most commanding supporting-act performances of the night, elevating the energy to headliner-level intensity. Frontman Josh Mowery was a constant force at center stage, pairing emotionally charged vocals with an engaging presence that pulled the crowd in from the first note. Alongside him, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez delivered a tightly locked-in performance that balanced melodic tension with crushing rhythmic depth and precision.

Standout tracks like “Savages,” “Dial Tone,” and “Shame On Me” landed with extra impact thanks to the band’s polished execution and the crowd’s enthusiastic response, with fists in the air and voices echoing back from the floor. The Egyptian Room’s acoustics amplified the band’s dynamic shifts, allowing both soaring hooks and punishing breakdowns to hit with equal force. Confident, focused, and clearly feeding off the sold-out room’s energy, Catch Your Breath proved they were far more than a supporting act — they were a defining highlight of the night and a band poised for even bigger stages ahead.

Headlining the night was three-time Grammy-nominated Nothing More, whose  performance was nothing less than spectacular — made even more significant as their first time headlining a show in Indianapolis. Frontman Jonny Hawkins (vocals), Mark Vollelunga (guitar), Daniel Oliver (bass), and Ben Anderson (drums) delivered a set that seamlessly threaded material from their latest release, Carnal, with long-standing fan favorites. Opening aggressively and never letting the momentum dip, the band ripped through explosive highlights like “House on Sand,” “Angel Song,” and “Go to War,” immediately transforming the Egyptian Room into a roaring mass of bodies and sound.

Midway through the set, the band leaned into the theatrical and experimental elements that have become a Nothing More live staple. Hawkins and the band brought out the “Bassinator,” a custom-built, five-foot-tall instrument designed by bassist Daniel Oliver and constructed from an industrial-looking mix of metal pipes and scrap metal. Primarily featured during live performances of “Don’t Stop,” the Bassinator is a creation that spins a full 360 degrees, allowing the band to engage in a visually striking three-person bass solo that blurred the line between performance art and musical experimentation. Hawkins also took time to show off his drumming skills in a segment that underscored the band’s multi-instrumental versatility and musicianship. While longtime fans may have noticed the absence of the “Scorpion Tail” rig that has appeared in past tours, the performance never felt lacking. Hawkins’ commanding presence, combined with the band’s thunderous rhythms, soaring hooks, and meticulous precision, turned the sold-out room into a furnace of sound. It was a performance that not only celebrated their growth as a band but firmly cemented Nothing More’s place at the top tier of modern rock touring.
